Our Story

Craft Without Compromise

Dex Cafe was born from a simple conviction: that the ritual of coffee and the artistry of cocktail-making deserve the same reverence. On Colorado Avenue, we've built a space where neither is an afterthought.

Our coffee program sources directly from micro-lots in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — each origin selected for its distinct voice. Our bar team treats every espresso pull and every shake with the same measured intention. The result is a menu that doesn't follow trends; it sets a standard.
